== Eligibility and Qualifications ==
To be eligible for a nomination for Best Selling Album, the following criteria must be met:

* A maximum of five albums are nominated based on the highest total units sold by the tally date.

* The five albums with the highest total units sold during the year are automatically nominated.
* The album with the most units sold on the tally date wins the award and receives all 100 votes.
* In the event of a tie in total units sold:
