Spotify Wrapped Number One Artist
The Spotify Wrapped #1 Artist Award is presented annually at the Warz Music Awards to the artist who ranks as the most-streamed artist on Spotify Wrapped. This award is based entirely on statistics, with no nominations or voting process involved.
Eligibility and Selection
Unlike other awards, the Spotify Wrapped #1 Artist Award does not require nominations. The winner is determined directly by Spotify Wrapped data and is announced in late November or early December each year. The award follows these criteria:
- The artist must have accumulated the most total streams on Spotify during the Wrapped tracking period.
- There is no fan or panel voting; the winner is based solely on statistical data.
- The artist receiving the highest number of total streams is automatically awarded all 100 votes.
Award Trophy
The Spotify Wrapped #1 Artist trophy is unique from most other awards, featuring the Spotify logo incorporated into its design. Most other awards use a standard star trophy.
