Welcome to King Warz Charts Wiki! Please note that the site is still under construction as I work on creating past chart week pages, as well as templates and pages for artists, songs, and albums. Because of this, you may see a lot of red links throughout the site.

Plays

From King Warz Charts

Plays (abbreviated as PLS) represent the total number of times a song or album has been played during a specific week on the King Warz Charts. Plays are a key factor in determining a song or album's chart performance, as they directly influence the allocation of Points / Units.

When a song has multiple variants (such as live versions, remixes, or acoustic renditions), the total PLS reflects the combined plays from all variants. However, only the version with the highest plays is displayed on the chart for that week. This ensures that all streams contribute to a song’s success while still highlighting the most popular version.

Key Features of PLS

  • Weekly Measurement: PLS is updated every week based on the number of plays a song receives.
  • Variant Combination: If a song has multiple versions, all plays from those versions are combined for total PLS, but the highest-played variant is the one that appears on the chart.
  • Influence on Chart Performance Higher PLS contributes to a song's Points (PTS) and impacts its position on the charts.
