The Best Selling Artist award is presented annually at the Warz Music Awards to the artist who has sold the most total units for the year. Nominations are given to the five best-selling artists of the year, and the winner is determined solely based on total unit sales.
Eligibility and Selection
To qualify for the Best Selling Artist award, an artist must meet the following criteria:
- The artist must have the highest total units sold for the award year.
- A maximum of five artists are nominated each year based on sales performance.
- The artist with the highest unit sales at the tally date wins the award.
Selection Process
The award is entirely statistics-based, ensuring fairness and accuracy:
- The five artists with the most units sold are automatically nominated.
- The artist with the highest overall sales is awarded all 100 votes and declared the winner.
- In the event of a tie, the artist with the highest charting positions will be the winner.
